This is our Asbestos testing service call fee that includes first 3 samples collected includes Lab results. (standard 5-day turn-around). Always perform an asbestos assessment prior to asbestos abatement or any disturbance of the building material.

Additional Asbestos testing service samples taken price per sample includes Lab results. (standard 5-day turn-around). Always perform an asbestos assessment prior to asbestos abatement or any disturbance of the building material.

Mold Air Sample BAsic

This is our basic service call for Mold Air sampling includes 1 exterior background(required) and one interior includes Lab results. (standard 5-day turn-around) We also have Asbestos testing service that can perform your asbestos testing or asbestos assessment prior to your asbestos abatement.

Why do I need asbestos testing?

My Contractor says I don't need testing.

If your home was built after 1990 with materials from 1990 or newer they may be correct. However asbestos can only be determined through proper testing and microscopic analysis. A verbal statement puts people at risk including their own employees. At that point decide if you have picked the correct contractor. Will testing damage my house?

YES, We take a small physical sample of the materials tested usually the size of a Toonie.

Is testing Safe?

Yes, our technicians take all precautions during the testing procedure to ensure everyone's safety. If the area has been previously exposed due to fire collapse or demolition the risk of exposure will be increased then our technician will take additional safety actions to prevent further exposure.

How long does the sampling Test Results take?

Our basic service allows for a 5 business day turnaround. We also can Rush the Sampling for an additional cost for most locations. Please Note for emergency exposure sampling when safety is a concern Rush samples receive a 50% discount on the additional Rush cost. Safety is our First concern.

Yes, Alberta Environmental Testing provides free estimates for testing services prior to attending site based on the information provided by the client.

How much does sampling cost?

We have our basic pricing listed in our cost section or we can provide a quote based on provided information.

WHat areas of Alberta do you service

We service the Edmonton, Red Deer & Calgary areas . However we may charge additional travel charges for areas not near these major centers. et us know your location when requesting our services.
